Discover Art and the City
Discover the ‘Art and the City’ program, a TEA (The Engagement Appeal) initiative, bringing together artists on one side and city workers on the other for cross-industry collaboration and learning.
We support artists by providing unique financial literacy learning opportunities through courses, networking events, and podcasts led by our Artist Ambassador Emmeline. We engage city workers by giving them an insight into the arts world and opportunities to participate in a meaningful and creative networking events, learning opportunities and involvement in the arts world.
Empowering Artists:
Learn, Network and Invest in Yourself
Being an artist often means uncertainty, particularly when faced with the challenges of financial insecurity and irregular income.
We welcome all from the arts community, from artists including musicians to painters, dancers and actors, directors, designers, as well as those who work in the arts such as agents, managers, marketers, publicists and producers.
Here at Arts and the City, you can LEARN, arming yourself with information and building financial awareness, broaden your NETWORK at our events, building relationships with individuals outside of your artist circle and INVEST in yourself by becoming a member of TEA’s empowered artist community.
Engaging City Workers:
Learn, Network and Get Involved with the Arts
Are you a city worker or have a corporate job but always loved the arts? Do you wish you could participate meaningfully in something creative outside of your day job? Do you want to share your skills and/or want to invest in the arts? Do you want to meet and socialise with creative and artistic people? Here at Arts and the City, you can LEARN about the arts world, broaden your NETWORK at our events, building relationships with like-minded artistic and creative individuals and others interested in the arts and GET INVOLVED in the arts by becoming a member of TEA’s individual shareholder community and offering your time and or financial support to the arts through our sponsorships programme.
Introducing Our Artist Ambassadors

Alina Rybina, a Soprano from Ukraine, began her musical journey at the Odessa Music Academy before delving into international competitions and local charitable activities. Beyond her performances, she led a parish choir and taught at a women’s monastery for five years, emphasizing her commitment to both artistry and education.
